Step 2
Electronic processing fees are added to the tuition amount and are passed through to the payment provider. Zelle is bank-to-bank and carries no fee — it is the lowest-cost way to pay.

Put this in the memo — it is how we credit your scholar:

This is not a second payment — it is a short receipt so the office can credit the right scholar the same day.

Tuition Policy
A tuition reminder goes out to every family on the 15th of each month.
Payment is due on or before the 18th. Sending on the 18th is on time.
A $100 late fee is assessed when payment has not been received by the 20th.
An account 30 days late is placed on financial suspension. A parent meeting with the Founder and/or Advisory Board is then required, to discuss what mutual aid the village can offer.
